The 2018 Caldera Cuveé is classic blend sourced from the Spring Hill Farms vineyard in the Adelaida District of the Paso Robles Appellation, smack dab in the middle of the California Central Coast.

Yield: 2.2 tons per acre

Alcohol:  14.5% by alcohol

Brix: 26.9º

Residual Sugar: .38%

Bottling: April 2021 

Production: 44 cases and 6 magnums

Retail: $88

If you had to know one thing, it would be this:  Caldera Cuveé is the healthiest wine you can possibly drink.  It is the wine your doctor would recommend by prescribing, "...one or two glasses of red wine a day are good for you!"
